About this property

Welcome to Staz Hotel Jeju Robero, Jeju

Staz Hotel Jeju Robero, located at 26 Gwandeok-ro in Jeju-si, offers travelers a practical and budget-friendly base in the heart of Jeju Island. With a 3.8-star rating, the hotel presents a blend of convenience and comfort, ideal for visitors seeking easy access to key local attractions such as the historic Jeju Mokgwana site and the vibrant Dongmun Market.

The hotel’s biggest strength lies in its location. Nestled beside bustling shopping streets and just a short bus ride from Jeju International Airport, it caters well to tourists wanting to explore the area without sacrificing accessibility. Underground shopping malls and popular dining spots like Black Pork Street are mere steps away, making it perfect for those who cherish local culture and cuisine.

Rooms at Staz Hotel Jeju Robero are notably spacious, with guests frequently praising the larger-than-average bathrooms and generous room sizes. This is a welcome feature for travelers looking to relax after busy days of sightseeing. The hotel also provides useful amenities, including free Wi-Fi, free parking, and a smoke-free environment, ensuring a modern, comfortable stay despite its older aesthetic.

However, the hotel’s dated interiors and worn furnishings, including carpeted hallways and rooms, signal the need for some renovation. This can give the space a slightly tired feel, which may contrast with the lively area outside. The check-in process is fully self-service, which streamlines arrivals but also means limited front desk support—guests have mentioned difficulty contacting staff immediately upon arrival and no option for early check-in.

Essential amenities like toiletries are minimally stocked, with towels, shower gel, shampoo, and mineral water offered but lacking toothpaste or toothbrushes. Electrical outlets also present challenges for international travelers due to incompatible socket designs. Despite these minor inconveniences, the hotel is accessible, clean, and functional, with friendly staff on hand when needed.

In summary, Staz Hotel Jeju Robero delivers good value through its prime location and roomy accommodations. It is best suited for guests who prioritize convenience and a no-frills stay over luxury. For those venturing to Jeju Island seeking proximity to historic sites, local markets, and transport links—combined with easy parking and dependable Wi-Fi—this hotel represents a solid choice that meets essential needs without pretense.

Centrally located but utilitarian. No tea/coffee or toiletories. Also, the plug will not fit international adaptor as it is concave. Will have issues with hp charging but wifi connection is gd. No front desk, hence no early check in as system doesnt recognise booking number till after 3pm. But it allows luggage to be placed in the hotel.

The hotel rooms look quite old and worn, from carpet to furniture. The staff was helpful with answering questions, but during our check-in, we had to look/call a bit before someone came to the front desk and there was no bell for us to ring. Location is decent, as it's not too far from the open air market but still a bit of a walk from the waterfront.

I chose this hotel for a couple of main reasons: - easy parking (in a lot next to hotel) - close to shopping and dining (underground shopping is right there, and it’s a few blocks to Black Pork Street and Dongmun market The hotel lived up to these expectations. Room was spacious, especially bigger bathroom than a lot of hotels that I’ve been at, but the key drawback was the room temperature. It was at 28 degrees and even though we set it much lower to try to reduce it, it was still too hot so we had to open window to cool down. Unfortunately no luggage rack but good nooks for them to keep them out of the way. There was a bit of a hiccup with the check in, which is all automated but I was able to connect to the reception via WhatsApp and they were able to come out of the office to assist. It was a very comfortable stay in a great location and convenient for parking.

Pretty good hotel for the price. Good location close to the airport and a historical site. The hotel is actually in 2 buildings, so l had to get out of the main building to go to my room. Comfy and clean. This is the first time I have seen advertisements for Halal food in Korea.

Only stayed one night to be close to the airport. Room was carpet and the hallway outside is also carpet and a bit musty. The lobby fooled us as it looks so nice and modern. Stayed in a room with 2 beds and a lime green wall. TV doesn't work no channels and the only channel that does work was hdmi-ed to the news. There was ac and a decent bathroom. Seemed clean enough but honestly couldn't really tell.
